Real estate developer Vista Spaces has bought Indu Infrastructure’s 60% stake in a stalled office building project in Bengaluru for an undisclosed amount.

The 200,000-sq ft office space, part of the non-core asset of the infrastructure company, had been lying incomplete since 2016.

“The structure of the building is ready and it will be completed in the next 12-18 months. We have bought 60% stake of the Indu Infrastructure and the remaining is held by the landlord,” said Raghuve ..
