VPR Projects plans to develop residential villas project "The Capital Luxx" at Madhurwada in Visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh.

The project will spread over 32.23 acre of land comprising construction of 138 villas of G+2 floors and a club house of 2 basements + 3 floors including various modern amenities like parking, banquet halls, indoor games, gym etc.

The company is awaiting environment clearance for the project.

Work on the project is expected to commence by September 2022 with completion scheduled for February 2025.
