Kolte-Patil Developers is constructing a residential complex 'Western Avenue' at Wakad in Pune district of Maharashtra.
The project will spread over 18 acre of land, comprises 16 towers of G+14 floors with 452 flats including various modern amenities like gymnasium, club house, children's play area, aerobics centre, multipurpose court, skating rink and among others.

The project comprises Phase-I of three towers and Phase-II of two towers. Work on Phase-I was completed in June 2018.

As per latest information with Projects Today, work on six towers has been completed and work on remaining towers is underway. The entire project will be completed by December 2020.
