WPIL has secured order for an aggregate value of Rs 430.87 crore from the government of West Bengal.

The contract is for turnkey project, comprising of survey, design, construction, supply, laying, erection and commissioning of clear water reservoir and ground level reservoir and pumping main for conveyance of treated water to 29 OHR sites, as per scope of works.

The above works is for augmentation of surface water-based water supply scheme for arsenic affected areas of Budge Budge-II, Bishnupur-11 and parts of Budge Budge-I (Mayapur GP) Blocks in the district of South 24 Parganas.

The said works is be completed over a period of 24 months.
