ARSS Infrastructure"s JV bags order worth Rs 63.80 crore

ARSS Infrastructure Projects is currently trading at Rs 71.85, up by 3.10 points or 4.51% from its previous closing of Rs. 68.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 78.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 78.50 and Rs. 71.50 respectively. So far 27801 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 113.95 on 13-Jul-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 27.00 on 12-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 78.65 and Rs. 60.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 106.87 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 18.77%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.07% and 80.16% respectively.

ARSS Infrastructure Projects' joint venture (JV) ARSS-SIPS has bagged work orders worth Rs 63.80 crore from North Central Railway. The order is for construction of a bridge on the Betwa river, including earthwork and construction of minor bridges on approaches in connection with Bina-JHS. The company has deposited 5 per cent of the contract value of Rs 3.18 crore towards performance guarantee.
