Inox Wind Bags Roha Dyechem Repeat Order for 40 MW Project in Gujarat
India’s leading wind energy solutions provider Inox Wind Ltd (IWL) on Thursday announced it has bagged a repeat order for a 40 MW wind power project from Roha Dyechem Pvt Ltd (RDPL).
According to Inox’s latest filing, the new project, which is to be deployed in Gujarat, is a part of the 350 MW of orders announced by Inox Wind on 3rd October 2016. The order involves supply and installation of 20 units of Inox Wind’s 113 meter rotor diameter turbine. This turbine is a latest offering from the company and is one of the most technologically advanced wind turbine variants in India.
The project is expected to be commissioned by March 2017 and will be executed on turnkey basis. As part of the order, Inox will provide Roha Dyechem with end to end solutions from development and construction to commissioning and providing long term operations and maintenance services.
Maharashtra-based Roha Dyechem is a leading manufacturer of natural and synthetic colours, specializing in the food and beverage, paints, fertilisers, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries along with activities in renewable energy also.
IWL is a part of the Inox Group of Companies which has interests in various businesses including industrial gases, refrigerants, engineering plastics, chemicals, carbon credits, cryogenic engineering, renewable energy and entertainment.
Headquartered in Noida, IWL is a subsidiary of Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd. The company offers its clients total wind power solutions, including resource assessment, acquiring land, developing the entire site infrastructure, building the power evacuation system, supplying the WTGs, erection and commissioning services, long term operations and maintenance services as well as post-commissioning support.
Inox shares closed trading at Rs 183.30, down 0.84% from previous closing of Rs 184.85, on BSE on Thursday.
